Admin Executive

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and administrative tasks

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls

  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist to prepare all the sale documents

  • To handle payment collection, reply emails and filing records

  • Update system and file records accordingly

  • To generate, monitor and follow-up/act promptly on the progressive billings and collections on timely basis.

  • Support marketing team in the implementation of Sales & Marketing Programmes.

Requirements

  • Must possess at least Diploma or 5 years of work experience in a related field

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently and possess good team spirit

  • Must have good proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel

  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
